Description

Overcup oak is in the white oak family with rounded lobes. It is native to the southeast states. The overcup is a fairly large tree growing to 150 feet and a diameter of 3 feet. This oak is found mainly in wet areas but like most swamp oaks it will grow in upland conditions. The Missouri Botanical Gardens has some good info. We grow many other oaks.
